Secretary of State Registration Form

Although the ND State Board does not license firms, your company must be registered with the ND Secretary of State's office in order to do business in the state. You will need to contact them and get any necessary paperwork. They can be reached at www.nd.gov/sos or 701-328-2900.

As part of their registration process, the following form will be required. Please complete the form and send it back to the NDSBA and we will verify licensure, sign, and notarize. NDSBA will return the signed form to you for you to send to the Secretary of State’s office with any additional paperwork they require.
